DEED OF CONFIRMATION OF OWNERSHIP

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, LUCIA A. GALERA, ARNEL GALERA and RUEL GALERA, all of

legal age, Filipino citizens and a residents of Brgy. 20,
Paratong, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

WHEREAS, it appears in the record of the Provincial

Assessor of Ilocos Norte, and that of the Municipal Assessor
of Paoaty Ilocos Norte, that ALFREDO GALERA our co-owner of
the undivided parcel of land located at Brgy. 20, Paratong,
Paoay, Ilocos Norte, still appear as the declared owner of the
said parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

ORCHARD- Designated as North portion of Lot No. 11749-P

of the Paoay Cadastre. Bounded on the North by Lot No. 11749-
P; on the Swouth by Lot No. 11749-P; on the East by Lot No.
11848, 11851 et. al.,; and on the West by Lot No. 11841,
containing an area of Three Hundred Fifty Two (352) sq. meters
more or less assessed at P4,700.00 for the Current year under
ARP NO. 96-010-00109.

WHEREAS, that our share of the above described parcel of

land has been previously conveyed to Spouses RENATO Q. AGATOL
and LOLITA A. AGATOL, both of legal ages, Filipino Citizens
and residents of Brgy. 20, Paratong Paoay, Ilocos Norte;

WHEREAS, it is proper and fitting to correct their

records of assessment of both Offices to have the above
described property in the name of the Spouses Renato q.
Agatol and Lolita A. Agatol for them to be made responsible
and accountable in the payment of all fees and taxes due there
from the government.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this
