Consensus Theory
-is a social theory that holds a
particular political or economic system is a fair
system, and that social change should take
place within the social institutions provided by it.
Example:
When republicans and democrats agree
on language for a bill.
Most People believing that it is wrong to
kill another person.

Conflict Theory
- Are perspectives in sociology and
social psychology that emphasize
the social, political, or material
inequality of social group, that
critique the broad socio-political
system, or that otherwise detract
from structural functionalism and
ideological conservatism.
Example:
 Those with wealth and power try to
hold on to it by any possible,
chiefly by suppressing the poor
and powerless.

It was my first time watching this movie and indeed I was
very entertaining and inspiring. The movie was all about
the two teachers, a not so smart teacher and a smart
one. It shows how they managed their class in the middle
of a lake. It shows the hard works and challenge of
becoming a teacher. It made me comprehend lots of
things in life and as a future teacher. It taught me right
morals and things that are not supposed to be done by a
teacher. The story also portrayed about love, courage,
self-motivation, self-respect and many more, that`s why I
am really entertained by it.
The movie taught me on how to deal up with my future
students, on how to be a second parent to them and
techniques on how to encourage them and on how to
managed a situation. Being a teacher is never been an
easy task, you may encounter many difficulties and
challenges. One of it is when you are assign far away
from your home. However, the movies gives us
techniques on how to handle that kind of situations. You
should try your best to be the teacher your students
expects you to be, because you are their ladder for them
to reach their goals; their driver to drive them to their
future; their superhero to flew them up to their dreams
and their parent to take care for them and encourage
them to follow their dreams.
The movie motivated me to pursue the course that I took
and to finish it with high grades. This is my stepping
stones on achieving my desire of being a teacher, which
is my dream since I was a kid and also to payback for all
the hard works of my parents.
