David Haugen and Susan Musser, editors at Greenhaven Press, give an overview over Russias

involvement in international politics. They explain their more recent involvement by presenting

Russias current world leaders and how theyve affected international politics. They explain the

critiquing of Putins leadership styles and how he runs Russia. The editors also offer analytics to

show where Putin has invested most of Russias funds (this being their military). The editors

used one outside source when writing this article (an excerpt from a government run magazine in

Russia). This article would interest anybody who wants to learn about Vladimir Putin and his

leadership style.

more recent history. They use analytics and time/dates to portray how Russia has developed as a

country and how its leadership has changed throughout time. Haugen and Musser use facts to

support their data and they do not use name any outside sources while writing the article.

Anybody who is curious about Russia and its history would enjoy this article due to it having

many facts that help show the progression of Russian government and culture.

CNN uses their knowledge over Putin and presents the reader with a timeline of all of the

events he has been involved in. CNN does not use outside sources in this article, they only

use their own database. In order to enjoy this article, one must be interested in the history
