Lab form, it is the requirements of the student in the laboratory,the student

must have this form so that they can perform the exercise in the laboratory,it is one of
the requirement of the student to achieve the goals.Grading the student in a particular
time, these would be based on the exactly time or late pass of the requirements,the
student will grade based on the performance of ability to work and graded on deadline
or late passing of the requirement.The important matter that should prepare of the
students are first is the uniform,student must proper grooming and attire before
he/she enter in the laboratory to avoid some deduction of points.Second is the
exercise form,the exercise form should be inside on the respective folder and must
have completed the requirements of the folder.Lastly is yourself,student must ready in
herself before enter in the laboratory.

* In case of violation the best thing to do are:

ask the teacher what the agreement

explain if what happen
ask what will you do
apologize if what happen

The best thing to do if one cannot come to the laboratory on a requires schedule
he/she should make an agreement in the instructor, if it is valid reason why you
should come in laboratory you should make or show a valid reason or letter that show
a proof that is a valid reason.

The leader manoeuvred the group if we have missed one activity we should find
a way to comply it. Leader tell us if what we should do.
