The New York Times newspaper writes about the Dream Act in this article. They
describe the key factors included in this act. It basically allows for children who are
illegally in the U.S. to earn citizenship by enlisting in the military or earning a college
degree. Their article will show the kinds of laws people are trying to pass to help the
illegal aliens become legal. It will also show how their attempts will overall improve this
country as a whole.
