parcel of my being. It has not been something revolutionary and new that has

I would like to recommend that John Baker apologizes to Mr. Rennalls by sending a
letter. An apology on behalf of the company to Mr. Rennalls and it would be best to see if
Mr. Rennalls can retain for the Chief Engineer position. John Baker has to explain the
miscommunication that occurs between him and Mr. Rennalls that he was no intention to
insult and company could not lose a potential worker like Mr. Rennalls. He has to
apologize for the harsh feeling that been made towards Mr. Rennalls.

The human resource department should do more research on international cultures or
increase the knowledge in international culture to reduce the miscommunication. The
wrong tactic that used may offend our co-workers, employees should learn how to
respect different races of culture and history.
