Please complete & return this ballot for the election of Directors and the approval of the last annual membership meeting minutes (Minutes
and candidate biographies can be reviewed on the Community Website). Please vote for the approval of IRS Ruling 70-604 so the
association may carry over surplus income to offset deficits to avoid additional taxes. This ballot does not authorize any owner to vote on
behalf of any other owner. If you wish to serve on the Board, please complete the write-in section. The Bylaws do not permit cumulative
voting. This ballot is valid for this election, establishing quorum & is irrevocable once submitted. Homeowners of multiple units must use
a separate return envelope for each ballot for each unit owned. The associations governing documents provide that this ballot may be
used at a subsequent meeting should quorum requirements not be met.
