Rationale:

The Provincial Government of Sorsogon, Philippine National Police with other

government agencies, schools and civic organization are united together to
spearhead this huge youth gathering entitled: Kabataang Sorsoganons
Kontra Droga! A Provincial Anti-Drug Summit 2016 as the response of
the young people of Sorsogon towards war on drug program of the national
government.

Target Outcome:

Through this summit, Kabataang Sorsoganons are expected to:

a. Perform as role models of the youth in their communities and schools

by displaying a drug-free lifestyle;
b. Condemn drug addiction and participate whole-heartedly in the anti-
drug campaign of the government,
c. Become catalyst of change towards a productive Kabataang
Sorsoganons who engage in sports, livelihood, governance and
community works; and
 d. Create a drug-free community of young people with strong sense of
family values, faith in God, love of country and sense of pride as
Kabataang Sorsoganons.
