Aspiring Principal
Serve as part of Administrative and Instructional Leadership teams. Lead Family
Engagement team to plan engaging events that provide resources for families. Observe
and coach teachers, providing specific growth-minded feedback. Build strong
relationship with families and students in order to maximize impact on student

Literacy Specialist
Worked closely with teachers to grow student achievement in literacy and all content
areas. Worked with teachers to plan and differentiate instruction in reading and writing.

families. Led teacher teams that saw double-digit growth in reading MCA scores two
years in a row. Led teams to acquire over $2,000 in grants towards healthy school garden

Taught elementary school science to grades kindergarten through third, wrote and
developed curriculum and units plans using NY State Learning Standards and the NYC

progress. Led the school in re-imagining their school meals program and established the
first plant-based public school meals program in the nation. Led School Wellness efforts
that were recognized by the Clinton Foundation as being one of the healthiest schools in
the nation.
