conditions, shall entitle Jennifer A. Tamayo the right to file the appropriate criminal action for estafa in
the courts of justice of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject offense,
including claims for damages and interests that the same shall suffer due to the prejudice cause to her by
such failure to comply with the said obligations.

receive the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php.10,000.00) for the purpose of purchasing goods,
merchandise, and/ or other marketable things, from Jennifer A. Tamayo and selling the same on
commission basis, with the obligation to return the same amount after complete sale of the same goods,
merchandises, and/ or other marketable things, or whatever equivalent amounts of the same that will be
sold and the remaining goods, merchandises, and/ or other marketable things, or whatever equivalent
amounts of the same that will be sold and the remaining goods, merchandises, and/ or other marketable
things, unsold, to the same person, not later than month of August.

Failure of the undersigned Julius B. Beralde to comply with the above obligation and
conditions, shall entitle Jennifer A. Tamayo the right to file the appropriate criminal action for estafa in
the courts of justice of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject offense,
