SUMMARY

I am a hard worker in the search of an opportunity to learn from the business line that
goes along with the studies that Im pursuing (Engineering in
Mechatronics), in which I dont have much experience, Im eager to learn
everything about the professions encompassing engineering in
mechatronics.
I am a quick learner, innovative and creative, I like interacting with
people, which enables me to work in teams, I know how to follow orders,
as long as these doesnt come into conflict with the rules of the
company or the morality of the people and the company, I also can be
serious from time to time.
I am very interested to find a place where I can grow both in the
workplace and as a person, where I can put into good use the knowledge
and abilities that Ive acquired over the years and where I can learn from
both the people in the workplace and the company.

before theyll be delivered to the client.

Maintenance and repairing of, coffee machines, at location. I was also in
charge of the administration of resources and some office tasks, such as
billing, accountability, and making orders and getting new clients.

Answering phone calls from international customers, for the resolution of
billing and technical problems with video equipment.
Offer assistance and information to a customer that is having problems in
understanding his/her account.
Offer assistance in the maintenance and repairing of video signal and
equipment, for customers that suffer such kind of problems.

Perform visits to stores, shops, restaurants, bank, etc., places that offer
some kind of service or product and make an evaluation that goes with a
certain scenery given by the customer and after the visit write a report
that specifies the process made during the evaluation all these in a way
that the employee doesnt realize hes being evaluated.

2014/07- 2015/09 Developer Support, IDS

From 07/2014 to 12/2014 I worked as an app support, my main task was to secure
the correct functionality of the application as well as to change any kind of
configuration for the app to keep running, as long as it was on my credentials, if not
to contact the correct department or team to take care of it. - From 01/2015 to
09/2015, I worked in another project where my main task was to give
support for 2 apps, assure they run without failure through connecting to
servers, and changing the code upon request of maintenance or request
of an upgrade or task, also keep track of changes an upgrades in the
latest technologies to make sure that the app runs OK.I Also had to do a
configuration of local setup for test environments for both apps and a
migration of server and upgrade of DB and MQ versions.

2015/10- 2016/06 Developer, Freelance

Through this time, I worked with some companies, and in the web, for people that could need any kind of service regarding the
development of documentation, webapps, websites, software, or other from the same categories, of the IT area, I had some
work as development of internal webapps, and documentation for support of some software, for feature workers.

2016/05- 2016/09 Developer, Hacienda de los Santos

I have been working for a company that one of their prime businesses is an event
location call Hacienda de los Santos, for which I have done a web app to manage
the sales and the salespersons that work for that particular business. This app was
code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery for the part of the front-end, and
also PHP and MySQL in the back-end part, to do the connections and storage of
the info through a DB.

Current Job Unix Support Engineer level 2 , TATA CS

Give support for a Unix distribution (linux) in the side of banking for the level 2
connecting through putty to the DBs (KDB), and with autosys to confirm the correct
work of the processes and in case the is a problem, solving it within my credentials,
if my credential is not enough, then making the escalation to the level 3 support
team, or connecting with the required team to solve the issue.
