Instructions for Filling the Application Form
(Undergraduate Admissions - BS Degree Programs)
1. Write full name as written in Matric Certificate.
2. Save information after 10-15 minutes to avoid loss of data entered at your en
d. Make sure that a confirmation is diplayed.
3. No column should be left blank. Do not type EXTRA WHITE SPACES in any field.
Take care of small and upper case while typing in all fields.
4. There will be no bank service charges for online submission of processing fee
through any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).
5. Application processing fee must be deposited in the online Account No. 004279
91660803 (Title of Account: PIEAS-APF), All Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Branches in
Pakistan.

Application processing fee within due date Rs 1500 for on-line submission
Application processing fee within due date Rs 2500 for off-line submission
Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 2500 for on-line s
ubmission
Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 3000 for off-line
submission
Application processing fee is non-refundable.
On-Line:
Preferably apply online; application forms should be submitted on-line at http:/
/red.pieas.edu.pk.
Copy of online bank deposit slip will be generated after submission of applicati
on form. Save a copy of the bank receipt for your record as well.
Off-Line:
The form can be downloaded from the PIEAS web site http://red.pieas.edu.pk.
Copy of online bank deposit slip is also available at PIEAS website.

6. The following documents must reach Registrar Office not later than the advert
ised deadline at the following address and preferably, documents should be sent
through Pakistan Post, TCS, OCS or Leopard services.

Board Chairman Committee (IBCC) is mandatory.
7. Applications received without complete documents as mentioned above will not
be entertained.
