Dear Sir,

Durin! the constructed of highway the approach road (near about 10 ft.) to my
Nursing Home-cum-residence at Bonogram Gopalmath on G.T. Road u/as broken
and

moreover the drain was constructed at a higher level than the road. As a result of
which
people
the vehicles cannot enter the Nursing Home-cum-residence and the patients and
are in trouble.

l, therefore request you to repair and construct the road about 10 feet of the
gate of the Nursing Home-cum-residence So that the patients and myself can enter
without difficulty.
