I Rotoni Aurinto, 35 years old,
ng Banawe, Quezon City at dat-

siyang kinalaman. Halimbawa dito ay
ang mga ticket sa smoke belching vio-
lations ng minamaneho niyang deliv-
ery truck na siya ang palaging ipinag-
babayad sa pamamagitan ng kaltas sa

Kapag halimbawa, hindi niya na-
kukumpleto ang isang delivery sa
maghapon dahil sa traffic at gahol na
sa oras, kinakaltasan din siya ng P500

niya ang mga pangalan ng mga mag-
kakamag-anak na sina Vicente Chua,
Teresita Chua Chong, Antonio Chua at
Marcela Dy.
Ang pagkakaalam kasi ni Aurinto
na empleyado siya ng lahat ng nabang-
git na kumpanya at mga tao sapagkat
ang mga ito ang pinagsisilbihan niya.
Pinanigan ng NLRC ang reklamo
ni Aurinto pero P7,000.00 lamang
daw ang halagang maaaring maku-
kuha niya sa dati niyang kumpanya,
ayon pa sa moron na Labor Arbiter na
si Jose De Vera.
Bumuwelta naman ang isa sa mga
respondents na si Vicente Chua at
nagsampa ito ng kasong perjury sa
Quezon City RTC laban kay Aurinto.
Ayon sa intsik na ito, hindi raw siya
nagmamay-ari ng kahit isa sa mga
kumpanya na inireklamo ni Aurinto
sa NLRC at siya ay empleyado lamang
din ng Mega System Enterprises bil-
ang sales manager.
Pinanigan ng piskal ang kasong isi-
nampa ni Chua laban kay Aurinto at
inakyat ang kaso sa sala ni Judge Ma-
donna Echeverri ng branch 41 at agad

malalim na imbestigasyon ang WSR
tungkol sa kaso ni Aurinto.

Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and to abol-
ish the paramilitary units that cause various human
rights violations to the people of Mindanao,” Allan
Rabbi of MCPA said. She asked for the release of the
victims of crackdown in 2001 in Mindanao, saying
that up to now innocent Muslims are in prison. She
said there is a pressing need too to rehabilitate the
communities that were destroyed in the course of the
government’s all-out war in Mindanao.
The groups challenged Aquino to resume the
peace talks between the Government of the Repub-
lic of the Philippines (GRP) and the National Demo-

Truth body to probe MWSS, NFA
THE anomalies divulged by Pres-
ident Benigno Aquino III in his
first State-of-the-Nation Address
(SONA) will be investigated by
the Truth Commission.
Justice Secretary Leila De
Lima said aside from the ‘Hello
Garci’ and NBN-ZTE broadband
scandals, the commission will
also investigate the rice impor-
tation under the National Food
Authority (NFA) and the ex-
travagant lifestyles and benefits
accorded to officials of the Met-
ropolitan Waterworks and Sew-
erage System (MWSS).
She said the commission’s
probe will be centered on graft
and corruption cases during the
past administration.
