To Whom It May Concern,

This is a letter of recommendation for Michael Frew. I have had the pleasure of
working with Mr. Frew since August of 2016. During this time I have found that
Mr. Frew has demonstrated that he is a capable teacher. I have been impressed
with his teaching techniques, and with the way he relates to the students. He sets
high standards, pushes each child to attain his or her best, and holds the class
accountable for their actions. He is firm but fair, and I have watched the class
respond to him in a positive engaging manner. His students are well disciplined
and show respect to Mr. Frew.

Mr. Frew has been willing to undertake all the work that has been assigned to him
in a very professional manner. He attends all meetings and special events. He is
always on time. Garretson Elementary is a Title 1 school, so we offer a lot of
intervention classes for students. Mr. Frew has volunteered many Saturdays to
teach math intervention classes. Also, Mr. Frew has on many occasions come to
school on Sundays to plan and prepare his lessons for the following week. Mr.
Frew has worked hard to learn the curriculum and plan lessons for his students. He
has done this by working closely with the fourth grade team. Most remarkable is
how he can relate the curriculum to the students to help them better understand the
objective.

I have enjoyed getting to know Michael Frew, and I would highly recommend him
for any teaching position. I know he will do an outstanding job. If you have any
