of elevators and escalators located at the center of Vijayawada established in the
1999. In total we have installed around 1500 nos. of lifts across Andhra Pradesh. Our
offices are centrally located to provide our customers with reliable service and rapid
response to all their elevator needs. It has been our constant endeavor to provide our
customers with latest technology and high quality products.

We are a team of professionally and technically equipped personnel who at all levels
work with an objective of achieving complete customer satisfaction. At present we have
150 employees placed at different locations in Andhra Pradesh. We have strongly
established our branch office at Jagadamba, Visakhapatnam. We have 25 employees
working at Vizag branch that include both admin and technical staff.

Our products are entirely designed and developed under the guidance of expert
technically qualified people hired from Mitsubishi, OTIS and we use all imported
CNC machines for manufacturing our products. We are presently manufacturing lifts
from 4 to 20 passenger elevators with manual and automatic doors. We are also
technically very strong in providing Hydraulic, goods and car parking elevators.

We have successfully completed installation and commissioning of elevators for Andhra

Pradesh Rajiv Swagruha Corporation, Hyderabad for their ventures at Chandanagar and
works at their other projects at Pocharam & Bandlaguda are still in progress. We have
recently erected elevators for South Central Railway, Vijayawada.

Taxes / Levies: we are registered VAT dealers and our product attracts 14.5% of VAT Tax
and is eligible for input credit provided you are also a registered VAT dealers. Octroi will
be charged extra. Price is inclusive of any other tax / levy at the present rate. However,
all statutory variation in taxes, duties, levies or any other imposition shall be payable
extra. In accordance with the prevailing interpretation of central excise laws, clearance
of manufactured components for elevators from factory falls under tariff item No.8431.
Any increase resulting from revise in the said prescribed rate of excise duty shall be
applicable on 50% of the contract value an shall be charged additionally only to the

CONTRACT EXECUTION SCHEDULE

The execution of contract shall commence from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear order in all respects along with advance payments as per the terms of
payment. The estimated completion times shall be weeks and this can be broadly categorized as
under.

DETAILED ENGINEERING: This includes settlement of technical details necessary to undertake

uninterrupted design and manufacture and shall be completed in about one week time provided
(a) the final building drawing given completed details of elevator well, machine room and pit
etc., is furnished to us within one week of the finalization of contract (b) the layout drawing
which shall be submitted by us within one week or receipt of final drawing is a returned back
duly approved with week time.

MANUFACTURE: This will be completed in about weeks time after the completion of detailed
engineering work.

SI be at liberty to test the same as valued off, and dispatch the material.

Please note that any delay in completion of the stare will cause determent of manufacturing
schedule so as to synchronies with the site completion.

DELIVERY: This will be completed in about weeks time, subject to your furnishing of clear
dispatch instructions well in advance and clearing all due payments, as per the agreed terms of
payment. The elevator shaft, pit and machine room, complete in all respects, and as per the
approved layout drawing are to be handed over to us at least eight weeks before the readiness
of the material, please note the delivery of the material will coincide with the availability of site
to us as mentioned above.

STORAGE: A stringent quality control is maintained for the raw material throughout various
stages of manufacture. However, final inspection of the material can be offered at our works as
per our standard procedure if the same is desired and confirmed at the time of finalization of
contract. Fifteen days advance intimation shall be give for arranging the inspection. However, in
case the inspection is not carried out during this time, we shaluitable dry, safe and lockable
place for storing the material and tools at ground floor near the elevator will be made ready and
confirmed to us as before the material is dispatched.

INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING: This would be completed in about ..

Weeks time , in order to enable us to adhere this time schedule, it is essential that the following
be complied with;
Suitable three-phase power supply is made available in the machine room before
commencement of installation work.
Adequate provision is made at your end for protecting and preserving against loss, deterioration
or damage of all materials at site, which should be kept duly insured at your cost. We shall not
be responsible for any loss or delay resulting due to any such reasons.
Items / Work essential for the installation, testing and commissioning of elevators, as outline in
Annexure VI are timely carried out.
The erection crew is permitted to stay in the stores and necessary facilities must be provided.

HANDING OVER: The elevator will be handed over as soon as the erection and testing is
completed. Our erection crew will test and adjust the elevator/s and will give you about a weeks
prior notice for tover the elevator NOTE- During the execution of contract, by way of statutory
regulation, if any extra cost

ANNEXURE IV

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GUARANTEE: APPLE guarantees the materials and workmanship of the equipments for a period
of ONE year from the date of completion of erection or 12 months from the date of supply of
equipment. Whichever is earlier subject to the equipment being utilized properly as per
manufacturers instructions. APPLE will make clarify the defects if any, except those due to
normal wear and tear, or due to improper use, which may develop during this period. This
guarantee does not cover main switch, light rind fan emergency light and alarm bell. If any party
other than APPLE is entered with the maintenance / repair of our material or is allowed to
interfere with in any way APPLE guarantee ceases immediately. Provisions of IS:1860 should be
adhered for satisfactory performance of the equipment. The guarantee extended herein is
continued for repair and replacement of the defective parts only, and does not cover damaged or
losses in monetary returns or otherwise. Further this guarantee shall in no case be extended to
payment of any monetary consideration.

FREE MAINTENANCE: The offer includes 12 months free maintenance service of the elevator.
This free maintenance periods will be deemed to have commenced on the date elevator erection
is completed and offered for inspection. The date of commencement of this free maintenance
service will remain unchanged irrespective of any delay in building completion, availability of
power supply, inspection taking over of the elevator or use of the elevator. Maintenance will
consist of regular inspection and any necessary adjustments and lubrication of the equipment by
our authorized representative under our direction and supervision. The required supplies and
parts will be furnished except such parts as may be needed because of normal wear and tear,
negligence, misuse of accidents. Upon your request special inspection will be arranged for
trouble free operation. Work will be done on all working days except for emergency minor
adjustments callback service will be provided during working hours and also during any overtime
hours. No work or service other than specially mentioned is included.

FORCE MEASURE AND OTHER CONDITIONS: Please note APPLE shall not be hold responsible
what so ever for any delay in delivery / erection / maintenance of the elevator in the following
cases: (a) If the terms of payment are not observed (b) If the preparatory building works
excluded from APPLE contract and necessary structure, supports frame, etc., are not completed
by the client in the time (c) If the permanent 3 phase power supplying with double ear thing etc.,
in not provided in time in the machine room (d) If the formalities are delayed due to non
payment of license fees. (e) In the even of power shortage, strikes, lockouts, fire explosion, theft,
flood, not civil commotion, war or act of God, or any other force measure conditions. Under no
circumstances that APPLE be liable for direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages that
may be caused to client consignee due to delay or other reasons.

SURPLUS MATERIAL: All surplus material, consumable goods, packing cases, tools and tackles
wiring material etc., employed during execution of the contract shall remain our property.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT: Client may cancel the contract subject to payment of following
compensation to us :
10% of contract value if order is cancelled before approval of drawings.
30% of contract value if order is cancelled after approval of drawings but before or intimation of
material being ready for dispatch.
60% of contract value if order is cancelled after our intimation of material ready for dispatch but
before actual dispatch of material.
90% of contract value including all duties, taxes/ levies and price variation if order is cancelled
after dispatch of material but before installation of elevator/s.

CLOSER/ TERMINATION CONTRACT: In the event of failure / neglect of client to take delivery
of material and! Or offer the site for erection of the elevators within the agreed time APPLE may
treat this contract determined and advance if any paid shall be forfeited. In case, however APPLE
has supplied material without receipt of advance from the client and subsequently there is
termination of contract APPLE shall be entitled to recover the amount due for material supply as
per terms of payment for which APPLE shall have client over the material so supplied.

ANNEXURE V

THE MAJOR ELEVATOR COMPONENTS ARE BRIEFLY DESCRIBED AS UNDER

MACHINE: Worm gear consists of worm wheel of centrifugally cast bronze and worm of specially
forged steel. Very precise both cutting of worm wheel and worm followed by careful matching
ensures smooth and noiseless operation. Automatic lubrication of all internal bearings and easy
access to all parts is provided to facilitate easy maintenance. Worm gear is coupled to a specially
designed motor suitable for elevator duty.

Adjustment for releasing the brake manually and bring the car to the nearest landing by a hand
wheel provided. In case the elevator stop in-between the floors due to any reason.

CAR FRAME, SAFETY AND GOVERNOR: Structural Steel Car frame to support the car platform and
enclosure shall be provided with suitable safety underneath the frame. The safety which is
actuated by a speed governor, automatically and compulsorily, bring the car to an immediate
stop by clutching the car mechanically between the guide rails, in case the car speed exceeds a
pre-determined limit in downward direction. A safety switch is provided to cut off the control
circuit and apply the brake as soon as safety is actuated.

ELEVATOR CABIN: Mild steel cabin with Spray Paint finished to your choice. With car Operating
and signal fixtures are flush mounted on the side panels, Fan grill and concealed florescent tube
to the provided in cabin.

CONTROL BOARD: Control Board with / without enclosure shall be installed in the machine
room and will consist and required components, duly wired with copper conductors to ensure
safe and trouble free operation. The control circuit ensures utmost safety for elevator users and
incorporates all protection as per ISI standards.
AUTOMATIC DOOR OPERATOR: It consist of a motor operated device on elevator car for
smooth and quiet opening and closing of car and landing doors simultaneously. Contact less
electric braking is applied just before the fully closed position, as well as just before the fully
open position to prevent banging of doors in either side / direction.

A RETIRING CAM: A retiring cam will be provided on top of the elevator to three or more stops.
For two stops, a fixed cam will be provided.

GUIDE RAILS AND COUNTER WEIGHT: Guide rails will be a machined found mailed T-section
with suitable male / female fixing arrangement, Counter-weight will be structured steel frame
loaded with appropriate filled weights.
LUBRICATOR: Provided for automatic lubrication of guide rails.
SUSPENSION ROPES: Steel wire ropes of perforated construction will be provided. (Usha

BUFFERS: Special spring. / Oil Buffers will be provided as per our standard design.

LIMIT SWITCHES: Suitable switches will be provided to disconnect the poser supply
automatically and apply the brakes of the elevator over-run the terminal landings.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL LOCKS: Electro-Mechanical locks will be provided for each landing

door and shall have mechanical inter locking with built in electric contacts to relevant movement
of the car away from the landing until the doors are perfectly locked in closed position.

OPERATING DEVICES: Suitable operating devices, as per our standard design, shall be
provided in the car and at the landings with required buttons, switches and indicators. Also
maintenance board shall be provided on car top, land board and indicators will have stainless
steel servicing face plates.

ELECTIRC CABLE / WIRING: Electric cable / Wiring will be provided as per our design and
practice to give desired elevator service.
CAPACITY PLATES: Aluminum plate will be fixed in the car, indicating elevator capacity.

ANNEXURE VI

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE OWNER / BUILDER AT THEIR COST

The lift shaft should be in reasonable plumb and completed in all respects.

A machine room above the lift well as per our drawing properly crosses ventilated and lighted.

The machine room slabs should be cast incorporating the pockets as shown in our drawing.

The lift pit should be water proof with necessary concreting done and its depth should bass per
our drawing.
I beams in the machine room for the installation as per drawing.

Enclosure around the lift shaft if necessary.

Teak wood doors frames (for manual operated collapsible & swing doors) as per drawing with
intimation thus before grouting.

Suitable weather proof storage room with locking arrangement preferably at the ground floor
level near the lift will for the safe custody of our materials.
Carrying out all minor builders works as per requirements of our site Engineer / Erector inclusive
of growing I beam making pockets for landing boxes, and deflector pulley etc.

All painting expects LIFT materials.

To do all cutting of walls, floors or partition together with any repairs necessary and works for
erection.

To complete all necessary work and running of mains and obtaining power so that there is no
delay in completion of our work.

Scaffolding in the lift well as per our requirements.

Payment of all the inception fees as per our advice for getting the license and all necessary
certificates, necessary for this purpose.

Providing in the machine room 3 phase and single phase power supply with lighting
arrangements with suitable switches and starters as per requirements. All conductors should be
copper fore core armored cable (for 3 phase power supply) lift shaft should have 3 pin plug point
and bulb at every second landings.

Providing suitable accommodation free of cost for free of cost for our erection people.
