Varun Bhomia : Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer : Varun Bhomia has more than 12
years of middle and senior management cross functional work experience with top retailers
as well as startups across sectors like garments, footwear, accessories, sports-goods, FMCG,
PHARMA & Healthcare with companies like RSH Ltd., Future Group, The Loot , K-Lifestyle
Pvt. Ltd. , MSCDA Ltd. (AIOCD Ltd.), Medlife , General Retail Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
He is helping Vikas in setting up business and as Chief Operating Officer has overall strategic
and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the companys offerings.

Bajrang Sharma : Co-Founder and Business Head CP/ACP Channel : Bajrang Sharma has rich
experience of over 16 years in team management, sales and marketing. He has worked with
prestigious organizations like Amway, Birla Sunlife, PNB MetLife in insurance sector. As
Business Head CP/ACP Channel, he is responsible for development of channel business
across India.

Karan Chauhan : Co-Founder and Director - Technical R&D : Karan Chauhan has 4 years of
experience in IT industry. He has previously worked as IT head at Third Generation
Resources Private Limited. He is also the Founder of Appsequent Technologies which is into
digital Marketing space. He is responsible for Technical R&D and Testing.

Jignesh Acharya: Director and Chief Administrative Officer : Jignesh Acharya is one of the
pioneer manufacturer of water treatment & solar plants since last 20 years. His business is
not only spread Pan India but also have footprints in Africa. He has also provided
consultancy service to Global Giants like Reliance Export Refinery Project in setting up clean
fuel plant at Jamnagar. Completed order for module cleaning system of 6 MWP solar power
plant, Charanka ,Gujarat for L&T and Gujarat government . Setup water treatment plant for
Gandhinagar medical college with capacity of 112 m3 Gandhinagar. Supplied plant in
Tanzania for the capacity of 20 m3 per hour. He is responsible to provide overall admistrative
guidance to the Company.

Rushi Acharya : Director and Marketing Manager : The youngest member on the of board.
He is COO of Rushi Global InfoTech which is handling the IT developments for Global Garner.
He is also on the board of Rushi Ion Exchange and bring the fresh approach to connect with
young customers which is largest target group for the company. He also looks after the
design and content development.

Vikas Roy: Director - Technology : Vikas Roy is young but prolific software engineer. Being
acquaint with different domains of software development, he gives holistic approach to the
project execution. His acumen adds robustness and agility to the Global Garners Software.
He is responsible to design and develop the entire GLOBAL GARNER IT platform.

Heera Singh: Director - Training: Heera Singh is a profound trainer with more than two
decades of training experience. He has done various training programs on IT up-gradation,
sales skills and new business development for small business owners in sectors like IT, ITES
and Insurance. He is responsible for the development of all training related depository and
also conduct various training programs on the behalf of Global Garner.

Amit Waghela : Director and Business Head Vendor Channel : He has worked in insurance
industry for more than 9 years now. He has great knowledge in insurance sector with astute
sales skills and vendor relationship. He is responsible for setting up Local vendor channel
across India.

Ashok Chandra Srivastava : Director-Strategies :A Post Graduate from Lucknow University

with 3 decades of rich experience in Operations, Sales / Marketing, Business Development
and Client Relationship, has Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Hospitality and
Service Industry. His last assignment was with G4S for 20 years where he was instrumental
in establishing and maintaining the business. He provides his experience & direction to the

 DEFINITIONS
UPV : User Purchase Value
The value of each UPV allotted is equivalent to Rs. 10,000. Every purchase of any value made by the User
will be allotted number of UPVs in multiples of Rs.10,000.

Each multiple of Rs.10,000 is considered to be an individual UPV and hence, for each Rs.10,000 spent by
the Purchaser, one UPV shall be allotted to them.

Cash-back will be given on the basis of each individual UPV as per the SCB. e.g. If the User makes a
purchase of Rs 27,000 then the UPVs allotted to him would be 2 of value Rs. 10,000 each and the cash-
back process on these two UPVs shall commence as per the cash back structure. The excess amount of Rs
7,000 spent will remain reserved in the account till the User makes another future purchase of Rs 3,000
upon which, the amount spent would be sufficient to allot another UPV of Rs.10000 to the User to initiate
cash-back.

VPV : Vendor Purchase Value

All vendors who will pay CB commission to the company, would be eligible for VPV Cash Back i.e. Once
the vendor pays total of Rs 10,000 incentive then company will allot him a VPV and it will be treated as
UPV only and in same way vendor will get the 100% cash back.

FPV : Fuel Purchase Value

Every litre of fuel purchased would be allotted a FPV provided a Packaged Drinking Water Bottle is also
purchased along with or prior to the filling of Fuel. All cash back will be processed as UPV only but
difference would be now instead of UPV it would be FPV and FPV would be each Litre of Petrol.

CP : Channel Partner
The CP will be representative of the company in the State/ Region/ Territory/ City / Locality and can
recommend and Appoint ACP and vendors after seeking approval from the company.

CP can sign the association agreement with ACP and Vendors on companys behalf after seeking written
approval on E-mail for Authorisationbut cannot amend or edit any terms without companys knowledge.

ACP : Assistant Channel Partner

ACP can only recommend Vendors after consideration with CP, CP will take approval from Company and
thereafter as guided by the company CP can go ahead with the enrolment of the Vendor.

SCB : Systematic Cash Back

Cash back will start after user has uploaded his bills worth Rs 10,000/- and Vendor approves the
purchase, then other new user (counted globally under his UPV) doing the same under the user s UPV.
