Aura Profit Hunter Login Screen

After your purchase you will receive your login details, Aura Profit Hunter download link and
this users guide.

Every account is licensed to only one computer. If you wish to switch or install APH on other
computer after your first login, your account will be temporarily blocked. If you face this
issue, please contact support@auraprofithunter.com.

After receiving the confirmation email that includes your license key, you will be able to log
in.

Login:

On APHs login screen you will see two fields;

E-Mail: Fill with your e-mail address where you received the confirmation mail.
Serial Key: Fill with your license key that is in your e-mail.
Remember Me: Before clicking on Log In button if you select this button, your
credentials will be saved for next login.

NOTE: Remember, there should not be any blank spaces in your input!

After filling the required information, click on Login button to active and start using Aura
Profit Hunter.

Settings:

Settings screen contains very important features that

can affect your search results. Therefore, we suggest
you to check your settings before your searching
process.
Accept PayPal: APH gives you power to work in
bulk actions, when you want to export your arbitrage opportunities, APH will
convert your selected items into a CSV file that can import directly into eBay
Turbo Lister 2 format. If you are accepting PayPal payments on eBay for your
sales, then fill in your PayPal e-mail address here and select Accept PayPal

 radio button. Now, when you export your items into eBay Turbo Lister CSV
format, your PayPal address will be included automatically in the csv file.

eBay Fee & PayPal Fee : When finding items for arbitrage, APH will
automatically calculate fees for your eBay sales. Set your eBay and PayPal fees
here. (Percentile)

Image Matching: APH has 3 different algorithms to find the best and most
reliable product both from eBay and Amazon. The Image Matching algorithm is
one of them. Unfortunately Amazon doesnt always give us the correct results
when we search. Therefore we need to check every details of item that we
found for a good matching rate. When an item that is found on Amazon and
satisfies our requirements (fees, profit target, title matching, etc..) APH will also
check both item images that it found from eBay and Amazon and
programmatically calculate their match percentage. If you set this option closer
to 0%, the matching algorithm will less accurate matches. From our tests we
found that best setting is around 75%.

Hide Currency Symbol: Hides currency symbol from search results.

Proxy Settings:
Proxies are a must-have thing for long item list searches. If you search more than
500 items in an hour we strongly suggest that you use a proxy. APH supports two
proxy types; Private & Public proxies.

If you wish to use private proxy your proxy format must be:
IP:PORT:PROXYUSERNAME:PROXYPASSWORD

If you wish to use public proxies then:

IP:PORT

 When your proxy list is ready check the Active Proxy checkbox and set your connection
timeout (ms) 1000 ms = 1 second.

Connection timeout: If your proxy doesnt response in that time, APH will go to the next proxy in
your list to continue.

You can see what APH is doing behind the scenes.

Tools:
Take Note:

APH is designed to facilitate your life! You can take notes and it will save your
notes for the next time you need them. Notes also support clickable URLs.

Help:
Check Updates:

Check if there is available any update of APH.

Change Logs:

View history of changes made to APH.

TABS (Modules)
APH aims to be helpful for both sellers on eBay and sellers on Amazon. Therefore,
we developed two different modules to accomplish this. Each module has different features
but they all work together.

eBay Tab (eBay Module)

Before finding arbitrage opportunities on Amazon, you must find items on eBay to
search for on Amazon.

The eBay module is able to grab items from eBay by keyword or by sellerIDs.

First, you should set your process type which is located next to eBay logo. (As shown below)

 eBay Processes:

Search By Keyword(s): Helps you to find items from eBay by keyword. You can
multiples keywords by separating them with a comma ,.

Example Search by Keywords : cat toys,swimming pool,dog clothes

Search By SellerID(s) : Helps you to grab items from sellers that are listed on
eBay. As with Search By Keyword(s), Search By SellerID also supports searching
multiple sellers at once.

Example Search by SellerID(s) : sellerone,best-seller-ever,digitalseller01

Get Item Details: After searching, to see every detail of items found, you want
to run Get Item Details process. This function helps you to see details of items
and make a good decision before searching corresponding items on Amazon.

eBay Platforms:
The eBay Module can search & grab your items on both eBay USA & eBay UK.
Before starting your process, select the eBay platform where you want to find
items.
eBay USA: Select this option if you wish to grab items from eBay USA platform.
eBay UK: Select this option if you wish to grab item from eBay UK platform.

Note : Remember, between your keywords or sellerIds there should not be blank spaces (before or
after comma)

 Searching Process Controls:

Start: Starts your Search by or Get Item Details processes.

Stop: Stops your Search by or Get Item Details processes.

Other Buttons:
Export: Export your complete item list to CSV file. You can export your list with or
without items details.

Clear List: Clears your found item list table.

Settings: Application settings window.

eBay Search, Thread and Listing Settings :

You can find eBay Search filters, Thread settings and Listing settings on right side of
your screen in eBay module.

Thread Control:

APH supports multi-threading to make your searches faster.

Thread(s): Set your thread number to get item details faster.

If you set it as 5 it will get 5 items details at the same time.

Note: If you dont use a proxy list, we suggest you to set it to

maximum 5 threads at once.

Delay: Wait interval between each thread. It will wait x seconds before going to get next item.

Get Item Details Automatically: Checking this box will automatically begin grabbing item details
after scanning eBay.

Format:

Select Buy It Now if you wish to grab Buy It Now eligible items on eBay.

Select All Listing If you wish to grab all listed items on eBay.

 Show Only:

Sold List: Select Sold List if you wish to grab a sellers Sold Item
List.

Complete List: Select Complete List if you wish to grab a

sellers Complete List.

Remove Items If Sold # <: You may want to get only items if sold number is above a certain
numbers. In this example, if you set it as 25, APH will only show you items that have sold at least 24
times. If less, it will remove from the listed item table in eBay Tab.

Price Range:

If you wish to find items with prices between a certain value,

use this option. In this example, APH will find only items with a
minimum price of $5 (or 5 if you selected eBay UK) and
maximum price of $50 (or 50).

Results :

Max. Result: Limits search results with maximum given

number for each keyword or sellerID.

Item Specifics: Gets Item Specifics section from item page

that is on eBay when getting item details.

Item Description: Gets Item Description from sellers

customized description on eBay when getting item details.

The item description for each item might be different, because each sellers description is different.
APH tries to get best results when you select Item Description but because of sellers various
description forms it might return bad results.

Shipping To: Show only items that ship to the country you choose from this list.

Item Blacklist: The item blacklist filters out listings that contain keywords that you provide. The
blacklist can be used to avoid certain VeRO brands or keywords which violate eBay policies. To use
this list, add one keyword or phrase per line and click the activate button at the bottom.

 Amazon Tab (Module) :

Amazon Module is designed to find profitable arbitrage opportunities between eBay and Amazon.

Before using it, you need to grab products from eBay (by keywords or by sellerId)

When your eBay item list is ready, click on the Amazon Tab and you will see a similar view like shown
below.

Finding Arbitrage Opportunities:

The Amazon Module has many features to find reliable, high-profit margin items.

After finding items from eBay (by keywords or by

sellerID) you are ready to find arbitrage
opportunities for your business.

If you want to find items to sell on eBay and Amazon, select Both. If an item is cheaper on Amazon
or on eBay, Aura Profit Hunter will group and list them for you.

If you want to focus on only selling items on eBay that can buy from Amazon, then select Items
From Amazon to eBay.

If you want to focus on selling items on Amazon that can buy from eBay, then select Items From
eBay to Amazon.

 Control Buttons, Exporting Data, Filtering and Thread Controls:

Before finding arbitrage opportunities, you may want filter some items that dont fit your business
model.

If you want to find only Amazon Prime eligible products from Amazon, select Amazon Prime
checkbox, APH will search and list only Amazon Prime eligible items for you.

If you wish to find Free Shipping eligible items, select Free Shipping checkbox. We suggest you to
select this option if you dont set the Amazon Prime feature.

Match Sensitivity: This is one of the matching algorithms that will help you to find good arbitrage
opportunities. It works alongside image recognition (from the settings page) to find the closest
match possible. The match sensitivity setting determines the number of keywords that APH must see
in order to consider an item matched. A lower setting will give you more matches, but will be less
accurate. A higher setting will give you less matches, but be more accurate.

Profit Target: You can set a minimum profit target to find an item that can make profit as you aimed.

Percentage: If you select this option, after eBay and PayPal fees are calculated, the price
difference will be calculated in percentile. If the found profit margin between two items is equal or
greater than this value, APH will list it for you with item images, calculated fees, ASIN, your profit
and other some details.

In Price: Same as percentile calculation but looks for a specific dollar amount margin.
If you set it to $1.50, APH will list items that have minimum $1.50 profit.

Thread(s): APH supports multi-threading to make searching for items faster. If you set it as 5 it will
search 5 items at a time.

Delay: Interval time between threads. It will wait x seconds before going to search next item on
Amazon.

Exporting Data:

APH has another amazing feature that will help you to

work in bulk.

You can save your found items into a CSV file.

Exporting data from Amazon > eBay:

You can find this menu by clicking on the Export button, then on Amazon > eBay as shown
above.

Export *. Csv Format: This function will export your all checked (checkbox column 1 on
the table) into a CSV file with all details (without images).

 Export Turbo Lister *.Csv Format: One of best features of APH! After finding good arbitrage
opportunities you want to list them on your eBays account. APH will convert and export your
checked (checkbox column 1 on the table) items into eBays official Turbo Lister 2 CSV format.
Images, Category Codes (no software can do that except APH!), Price, Descriptions and other
important information will be ready to use for your bulk action with eBay Turbo Lister 2!

Exporting data from eBay > Amazon Table:

You can find this menu by clicking on the Export button, then on eBay > Amazon.

Export *. Csv Format: this function will export your all checked (checkbox column 1 on the
table) into a CSV file with all details (without images).

Clear List Button:

You can clear ALL items that are listed in Amazon Module by one click.

Clear Amazon > eBay List: Clears only found products that are listed on Amazon > eBay table.

Clear eBay > Amazon List: Clears only found products that are listed on eBay > Amazon table.

Clear All Lists: Clears ALL items both from Amazon > eBay and eBay > Amazon tables.

NOTE: You can clear only one or selected items from menu that shows up when you right click on
the tables.

Save Into DB ( Database):

You may not want to export your found items into a CSV file right now, but you want to check or
export them later. By saving items into your APH embedded database you can check, export and
update your saved items later.

After checking items from your tables, you can save your products into the database from the Save
Into DB menu as shown below.

If you wish to save only items that are listed on Amazon > eBay table, after checking the
checkboxes, select Save Into DB button then Amazon > eBay Save Selected Items.

If you wish to save only items that are listed on eBay > Amazon table, after checking the
checkboxes, select Save Into DB button select eBay > Amazon Save Selected Items.

 Found Item Details:

Note: You can change the size of tables from the line that between Amazon>eBay & eBay>Amazon
tables!

After finding items, you will see a similar view to what is shown above.

If you want to visit items eBay page, click on items name from the eBay Item Title column. If you
wish to visit items Amazon page, click on the items name from the Amazon Item Title column.

eBay Price Column: You will see actual price for the item on eBay.

Amazon Price: You will see the actual price of on Amazon.

Prime Colum : If you didnt select the Amazon Prime option, APH will list both items that Amazon
Prime eligible or not Amazon Prime eligible items.

ASIN Column: Shows the ASIN of the item found from Amazon.

Profit($) (%): Shows your estimated profit in price and percentile value.

eBay & PayPal Fee Columns: Shows calculated eBay and PayPal fees that you must pay if you sell
your items on eBay.

Location: eBay US or eBay UK.

 Item Database Tab:
You can find your saved products with their details in this section.

IMPORTANT NOTE: APH saves your products in a file that located on your computer. For anonymity
of our clients, we do not keep their saved items on our servers. Therefore, all products will be saved
in a file that located on your computer.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Feedback is very important for us and every single feedback that is submitted
by you, will be read and considered! Therefore, we will be updating Aura Profit Hunter once every 7
days. We strongly suggest you to make a backup of database file named db.db that can be found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Aura Applications\Aura Profit Hunter\ before launching the update process
for Aura Profit Hunter. APH will NOT remove the database file (and only database file) after your
update.

In the Item Database section you will see a similar view as shown above.
It shows you only the items saved by you.

NOTE: You can reach this menu by right clicking also.

Prime: Select only Amazon Prime & Not Amazon Prime eligible items.

Select All: Selects all saved items.

Unselect All: Unselects all saved items.

Export: As with the Amazon module, you can export your saved items into an eBay Turbo Lister 2
CSV format or a CSV file that contains all item details.

Remove: Removes selected items from database.

Update Items: Refreshes the price and other details from eBay and Amazon and updates with new
data.

NOTE: You can visit the item detail page by clicking on their title.

 SOME AMAZING FEATURES
You can select multiple items by pressing CTRL or SHIFT buttons from your
keyboard.
CTRL+C works for all columns. For example, on Item Database Section, if you
select only ASINs and press CTRL+C , APH will let you to copy only ASINs that
selected by you.
You can see process details from Settings > Logs window.
