This handbook will familiarise you with your new augmentations, responsibilities and abilities.
We will start with the gear section.

OWS-ECHO Unit
Overwatch Transhuman Arm Suit This is the standard OWS unit equipment and uniform. Below is
everything you need to understand about getting to know your new body shell.

OWS-ECHO standard light helmet with

in-built visor and biosignal heads-up
display.
Air Filtration Mask in-built. (Note: Filters
Toxins, Smoke, and other gasses.)
8mm thick vest, padded with steel
plating, polyethylene and UU-Certified
metals. These are designed to stop
heavier-grain bullets, such as those
from a .357 Magnum, and rapid-fire
attacks, such as those from a 9-mm
submachine gun.
Light Padded Combat pants, with two
ceramic plates facing outward on each
thigh.
Black Standard Issue Combat Boots.
2.85 litre rear pouch interiorly lined with
tear-proof materials and 10kg of
Personal Storage.

Here is everything youll need to know about the standard issue SWORD unit and equipment, with
various upgrades listed and changes to your shell.

OWS-SWORD standard light helmet

12 gauge buckshot.

standard issue EOW-SWORD unit and equipment,

shell including MARK V exterior shell.

EOW-SWORD Model VR26T Helmet, with multiple

visors lenses, in-built biosignal recognition, heads-
up display of city occurrences and elite
instantaneous transmissions.
Air Filtration Mask in-built to filter noxious and toxic
gas, smoke, and other fumes and volatile
substances. (Note: Manual filtration
with display of all present gasses
within inhale range.)
14mm thick, steel-plated
and padded ceramic vest, lined with
polyethylene and UU-Crafted metals.
These are designed to stop heavier-
grain bullets, such as those from a .
357 Magnum, and rapid-fire attacks,
such as those from a 9-mm
submachine gun and OSIPR rifle fire.
Thick plating, heavily resistant to 12
gauge buckshot and shock absorbent
padding with in-built interior and
exterior flame-retarded materials.
Internally heated to maintain a secure
temperature for your inner body.

Weapon Guide

OSIPR (Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle)

The Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle

(OSIPR) is the regulated and mass-produced
assault rifle manufactured by the Universal Union.
These rifles are adapted from the main bodies of
Earths weaponry. This weapon stays on your
person at all times. It comes with several features
listed here:

A fully automatic firing state.

30 round magazine size.
Alternate firing mode enabled with side switch.

OSISR (Overwatch Standard Issue Sniper Rifle)

The Overwatch Standard Issue Sniper Rifle (OSISR) is the regulated and mass-produced
assault rifle manufactured by the Universal Union. These rifles are adapted from the main
bodies of Earths weaponry, and are only granted to Elite Overwatch Units. This weapon stays
on your person at all times. It comes with several features listed, but not limited to:

An 8x scope with high magnifying accuracy.

200-yard laser sight.
5 magazine size, loaded with high velocity rounds with minimal gravitational
interference.

MP7 Submachine Gun

This rapid-fire submachine gun loads 45
bullets of 4.6x30mm ammunition, which is
modified from earths interpretation of
SMGs. This weapon stays on your person
at all times. Standardised by the Universal
Union, it comes with several features:

 12 Gauge Shotgun

This gun is capable of releasing 9 pellets in each buckshot shell. With a pump-loading mechanism able
of holding 6 shells at a time.

Alternate fire two unload two buckshot shells, one through each barrel.

9mm Sidearm

This is a UU-Adaptation of Earths USP match

pistol, which fires 9mm bullets.
Semi-auto firing state
18 round magazine size
Fast reset trigger, allowing for high
fire rate while maintaining accuracy.
Must remain holstered in side pouch
at all times while not in immediate
use.
Must remain on personnel at all
times.

.357 Sidearm

This is a standard issue side arm which has remained largely unmodified by the union, almost identical to
those used previously. Fires .357 rounds.
Single fire state.
 Holds 6 shots per cylinder.
6 round speed loaded.
Must remain holstered in side pouch at all times while not in immediate use. (This will replace your
9mm sidearm.)
Must remain on personnel at all times.

Lethal & Non-Lethal Grenades

The fragmentation grenade is a lethal throwable that

causes an explosion
which will cause damage to anything around it, and may cause certain objects to ignite.

The smoke grenade is a non-lethal throwable which consists of a sheet steel cylinder with four
emission holes on top and one on the bottom to allow smoke release when the grenade is ignited.
The filler consists of 300 grams of coloured smoke composition (mostly potassium
chlorate, lactose) to create a white-grey smokescreen.

The flashbang is a non-lethal throwable, Unlike a fragmentation grenade or smoke grenade, stun
grenades are constructed with a casing made to remain intact during detonation, containing most
of its explosive force and avoiding shrapnel injuries, while having large circular cut-outs to allow
the light and sound of the explosion through. The filler consists of a pyrotechnic metal-oxidant mix
of magnesium or aluminium, and an oxidizer such as ammonium perchlorate or potassium nitrate.
