The above table shows that 42 respondcnLs extremely satisfied with the schemes of
ICIC1, 67 respondents neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the schemes of 1C1C1 and 41
respondents dissatisfied with the schemes of ICIC1. Majority of the salaried respondents
satisfied, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and satisfied with the schemes of ICIC1, The Chi-
square value is significant at 5 per cent level and hence it can be inferred that there is a
substantial relationship between education and satisfaction with schemes. The education of the
respondents has significant impact on the satisfaction with the schemes of ICIC1.

Annual Income
Chi-square analysis has been computed for the variables annual income or the
respondents and their rating on the adequacy of the credit limit sanctioned and the results are
presented in the table 3.78.
