About The Role

Primary responsibility is to guide the team with insurance analytics. Create Pocs and
present to the stakeholders, and once when accepted, implement them.
Applying different techniques to identify optimal solutions. Research, Experiment, Innovate,
Disseminate and Implement.
Key contributor in making Bangalore the 'Analytics Research Hub'.
Responsibilities are also centered on sales data & business performance analytics
Gather, syndicate, consolidate sales data in a concise, credible and compelling way
Analyze broker production data, support broker and client analysis and provide commentary
Coordinate & carry out sales and marketing analytics using and developing the team
located in Bangalore
Identify improvement and standardization possibilities for the analysis and reports
Collect and disseminate information to report on success of sales initiatives or various
marketing/sales campaigns
Coordinate and document

About The Team

In this role, you will be part of the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team, with responsibility
to support all efforts to enhance our team's sales data analytics capabilities. You will be
required to coordinate our efforts and actions with the Headquarter in Zurich and the four
regional hubs. Keeping constant client and broker focus with particular emphasis on our
growth initiatives and sales campaigns will be important.

About You

University degree preferably in Economics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer


Science, Engineering or similar with 10-12 years of experience
Mandatory Insurance Analytics experience.
Experience in predictive analytics techniques like Logistic Regression, Linear Regression,
Market Basket Analysis, Time Series, CHAID, Random Forest, Neural Networks etc.
Experience in either one of the tools - R, SPSS, SAS, Statistic etc.
Superior Word, Excel, Power Point skills, ideally experienced with relational
databases/SQL), as well as BI platforms such as Microsoft BI, R, Matlab or SAS and
visualization/reporting tools such as salesforce.com, tableau, D3
Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet
deadlines,
Able communicate the key message by visualization and presentation
