TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

OUTER CHAMBER :

PIT TYPE Circular inshape open at the top, electrically heated lined with Ceramic Fibre Modules
The outer casing is circularly fabricated out of 8mm M.S Plate and reinforced with angels at
the top plate welded neatly. 100 x 50mm channel will be welded at the bottom as legs.

INNER CASING :

Inner casing facing the hot zone is assembled out of Ceramic Fibre Blankets of a suitable grade and
thickness. This will provide an effective thermal insulation and also maintain skin temperature within
the permissible limits. The bottom of the chamber is lined with Siliminate bricks and insulated with
Insulation Bricks to a maximum thickness to minimise heat losses.

HEATING :

Heating is by means of 80/20 NICHROME STRIP TYPE heating Elements placed on the Nichrome
Hooks. These Hooks are further supported by Ceramic tubes are placed inside the Ceramic modules.
The terminals are taken outside and terminated neatly and covered with ventilated door.

S.S.RETORT

The Main Furnace Chamber accomodates S.S.Retort. This is Cylindrical inshape and fabricated out of 8mm
thick S.S.Plate. The retort has opening at the Top. A large Size Flange 10 - 12mm thick M.S.Plate is welded
with the S.S.Retort. An efficient Heat Seal is provided between the Stainless Steel Retort . A Cooling
Jacket will be provided at the top of the flange.

RETORT COVER ASSEMBLY WITH FAN ASSEMBLY MOTOR :

This is fabricated out of thick gauge M.S.Plate.The door comprise of fibre insulation lining totally sealed
with M.S.Plate at the top and S.S at the bottom. The Top of the lid accomodates 3 HP Motor mounted
Vertically to drive the Circulation Fan . A Cooling Jacket will accommodate for cooling the bearing of the
Shaft.

CONTROL PANEL :

The Separate Control Panel is fabricated out of MS Sheet Suitably reinforced accommodate the following
electrical instruments duly wired accoring to codes supplied along with oven
Indicating Lamps,
Ammeters,
Voltmeter,
Automatic temperature Controllers,
ON/OFF Switches,
Thyristor,
Push Button Switches,
Air Break Magnetic Contactor for Heater
