ENVIRONMENTAL PILLAR
This year in addition to some famous companies Intel and
its partners won the Climate Leadership Award from the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for aggressively
reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
According to Intel's corporate social responsibility
report released this year, the company has invested $100m
in water conservation projects and $58m in energy
conservation projects.

SOCIAL PILLAR
Intel specifically says it wants to change the composition of
its workforce: That means more women and more
historically under-represented minorities. Specifically,
diversity means African-Americans, Native Americans,
Hispanics and women of any race. It seeks to do a better
job at retaining those individuals they already have, and to
recruit aggressively new employees. Compensation is tied
to success.
ECONOMIC PILLAR
Intel reported net income of $3.6 billion from the fourth
quarter, down 1 percent from the same period in the prior
year. Revenue was $14.9 billion, up 1 percent from the
same period. They export in good state their products so
the people is very satisfy with the quality of the products
thats why intel is the number one investor in research and
development among U.S. publicly traded companies, at
$10.1 B in 2012
