This hazard analysis is to be carried out by the Contractor/Subcontractors Site Manager or Supervisor as part of the appraisal of workplace hazards.
The analysis should identify all key steps in the process or processes undertaken. Where an operation involves more than one process, all
processes and their respective steps must be listed. Risks are to be rated according to the tables contained in Section 8. All personnel undertaking
