General Contracting Agreement

This agreement is made this 28th day of March, 2017, between Engr. Chelzea
Gallardo, henceforth known as Client, and M.A.C.E Group henceforth known
as Manufacturer.

Pursuant to the work described in PET Bottle Crushing and Washing line, the
Client and Manufacturer agree to the following:

Section 1
The Operating Process

The Client and Manufacturer agree that the following work will be done on #27
Roxas Boulevard, Malate Manila:

1. Pre-crushing first essential step to ensure bulky materials will be

coarsely broken up for sorting.

Shredders
Guillotines
HGM Granulator

2. Aggregating process for sorting plastic waste from plastic processing

including injection moulding, blow moulding, deep drawing, rotomoulding,
flat sheet or blown film extrusion and calendering, or waste generated
during the manufacture of pipes, profiles and sheets or when making other
plastic products.

Size reduction by means of hammer mills

3. Washing, separating and drying with washing lines for plastic waste
With wet shredders and washing granulators we wash and size reduce
the material, separating out the coarser impurities in our pre-washing
units. Our separation tanks and hydrocyclone steps separate different
types of plastic according to their specific weight.

4. Final shredding and conveying through packages The final stage to

where it goes through the conveyor and shredded again, In the case of extreme
materials such as stretch film or foam materials, adequate drying by mechanical and
thermal means is not possible without the use of high amounts of energy. The
Herbold plastcompactor is a modern compacting machine offering the solution to this
problem. Due to the friction at and between the compactor discs, the material is
warmed, dried and simultaneously compacted.

Section 2
Timeline

The Client and Manufacturer agree that the work detailed above will be
completed according to the following timeline:

Work Start: April 3 2017

Work Frequency: 6 days a week, 8hours a day
Work Completion: June 5 2017

Any delays that arise during the course of the work must be discussed with Client
immediately.

Section 3
Payment

Client agrees to pay the Manufacturer a total of Thirty million (P 30,000,000.00)

in Philippine peso, payable in the following manner: half up front, half upon
completion.

Section 4
Changes

Any changes made to plans, materials used, time needed, or any other portion of
the work must be discussed with manufacturer prior to any decisions.

Section 5
Permits

Contractor agrees to secure any permits necessary so that this work will be done
within the parameters of the laws of the Philippines. Contractor agrees that any
fees for these permits are already included in the total amount charged to the
Client.

Section 6
Workers

Contractor agrees that any laborer, subcontractor and/or employee that he/she
hires for the purposes of this job is legally permitted to work in this function in this
country.

Section 7
Insurance

Client agrees to maintain the appropriate insurance on the machine. Contractor

agrees to maintain an insurance policy that covers himself/herself, any
employees or subcontractors, his/her equipment, and any damage caused by the
work.
 Section 9
Cleanup

Contractor agrees that any debris, equipment, etc. will be removed from location
#27 Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Manila company location, upon completion of the
job. The location will be returned to the state in which it was found prior to the
work, excepting, of course, the changes made as a result of the work.

Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not

affect any other provision of this Agreement.

Contractor and Owner acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the laws
and regulations of the Philippines
