What can you do?
Most students know its important to pay attention in class, do their homework
and revise regularly. But many students dont know its also important to eat breakfast.
Thats rightbreakfast! Students who eat a good breakfast are better students and get
better test marks.
What is a good breakfast? There is cereal, of course, and eggs. But there are lots
of other things that you can choose. Pizza, yoghurt, cheese and sandwiches are all good.
Have you got some food from last nights dinner? Thats also fine. The important thing
is to eat something.
