HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
CONNECTION OF MACHINES AND IMPLEMENTS TO HYDRAULIC OUTER
CIRCUIT
Connection of machines and implements being composed of more parts
Tractor without selective control valve
When working with agricultural machines which consist of more parts (combinators,
skids, and harrows), to which side frames, folded during transport to vertical position
by independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by outer hydraulic circuit, are hinged to
the central frame, it is necessary to control folding of outer frames always by moving
the control lever of outer circuit to the rear position. Moving the control lever of outer
circuit in this direction ensures that pressure oil in quick coupling "1" causes lifting of
frames to vertical (transport) position. Quick coupling "2" is connected with return
line.
Tractor equipped with selective control valve
When working with agricultural machines which consist of more parts (combinators,
skids, and harrows), to which side frames, folded during transport to vertical position
by independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by outer hydraulic circuit, are hinged to
the central frame, it is necessary to control folding of outer frames always by moving
the control lever of the selective control valve upwards (rearwards). At the same time
the lifting branches of cylinders must be connected with quick couplings "4 or "6.
Connection of rotary hydraulic motor
If a rotary hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic outer circuit, the return line
must be always connected to the quick coupling "0".
Connection of reversible hydraulic motor
For functional reason, a reversible rotary hydraulic motor must be connected to quick
couplings "1" and "2", possibly always to quick couplings of one section of the
selective control valve. However, in this case both lines must be equipped with relief
valves which will reliably limit the pressure peaks during the machine run-out. The oil
return lines from these valves should be connected to the quick coupling "0".

Notes:
After first putting into operation of a new tractor or on tractor after general overhaul.
1. When working with front attached implements, make the cleaning daily and/or at shorter intervals according to stage of pollution.
2. Maximum period two years.
3. Change hoses after four years from the date of the hose production at the latest.
4. New hoses must not be older than two years from the date of the hose production, as mentioned on the hose surface.
5. Maximum period five years from the date of the tractor production.
6. Maximum period five years from the date of the air tank production or after crash.
7. This includes adjustment of front asymmetric headlight and adjustment of clearances at brake indicator light switches (maxi-
mum clearance between the switch and foot brake pedal stop must be 0,5 to 1,0 mm).
8. In summer season - every 100 hours. 3
9. In case of fluid leakage, remove the faulty piston rod seal, flush out the shock absorber with petrol and fill with 70 cm of
shock absorber oil.

REPLACEMENT OF THE HYDROSTATIC STEERING HOSES
Hydrostatic steering hoses must be replaced after four years from the date of
manufacturing (the date is marked on the hose surface) or after 3 600 hours of tractor
operation, eventually immediately after finding any symptoms of the hose damage i.e.
hose sweating, local bulging, leakage of oil along the ends and on hose surface,
mechanical wear of hose surface up to steel wire cord or damage of yarn braid at low
pressure hoses).
In case of the hydrostatic steering pump failure or at engine standstill, the
steering ability is kept, however, the steering force on the steering wheel is
increased. It is possible to drive the tractor to the nearest place for repair at
reduced driving speed.
Dont keep the steering wheel in locks for a long time (for 20 seconds as a
maximum); otherwise the oil in a hydrostatic steering circuit will heat
excessively.

TIRE INFLATION
Basic values of recommended inflation pressures are mentioned in the Chapter Main
technical parameters. Regularly check the inflation pressure before the tractor
operation, when the tires are cold. The tractor air pressure regulator (B) can be used
for the tire inflation. The regulator serves as a pressure compensator, filling device for
tires and safety valve. Remove the wing nut from regulator (or remove the rubber
plug) when inflating the tire and mount a hose for the tire inflation instead. Screw in
the hose up to the end of thread so that the non-return valve could be depressed. In
case that the maximum pressure of 0.6 MPa (or 0.7 MPa in double-hose brakes) is
achieved in the air tank, the tire cannot be inflated. In this case it is necessary to
reduce the pressure by valve for draining the condensed water, located at the bottom
of the air tank (A). Remember to remount the wing nut (or rubber plug) to the air
pressure regulator after the tire inflation.

The above-mentioned inflation pressure values are minimum being adapted to the instantaneous tire load so that the tire
deformation would range within the limit, at which it meets all operating requirements.
In operation on hard surface it is recommendable to raise the tire pressure by 30 kPa with regard to tire slipping and abrasion.
