Out4Business (Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley)

Student Organization

Description: O4B develops, inspires, and connects the next generation of LGBTQ*
business professionals at UC Berkeley.
Mission: To foster diversity, inclusiveness, and a strong sense of community for LGBTQIA
undergraduates interested in the fields of business, consulting, banking, marketing,
management, and similar industries through developing, inspiring, and connecting the next
generation of professionals.

Mission Statement: Out in Business will provide Fisher College of Business students who

1. Provide a supportive environment to enhance the social, academic, and career experiences of
current and future prospective LGBT students, allies, and partners at Tepper.
2. Establish relationships and foster dialogue with employers and alumni who value a diverse
workplace.
3. Equip future business leaders to be advocates in the workplace.
4. Link the social and professional network of Out & Allied to similar groups from other

OUTreach (The University of Chicago Booth School of Business)

Student Organization

Mission: OUTreach is a Booth student organization working to advance social and


professional opportunities for LGBTQ students and allies of the Chicago Booth community
as well as to continually foster a more diverse environment at the University of Chicago. Our
members include students from the full-time, part-time, weekend, and combined MBA/JD
as well as MBA/MPP programs. We work to not only develop a strong community within
Booth but extend our community and build relationships with Booth alumni as well as
students at other business schools.

GSB Pride is a social and socially active organization for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and
transgendered students at Stanford GSB. The goals are to provide a community for LGBT

whole; and to increase awareness of LGBT issues in business.
