A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT

PLAN (AIP) OF BARANGAY POBLACION, MARIHATAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR FOR
CALENDAR YEAR 2017.

WHEREAS, Barangay Poblacion of the municipality of Marihatag is expecting

a total income of Three million Two Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety
Nine Pesos (P 3,204,799.00) which covers the 2017 Annual Investment Plan (AIP);

WHEREAS, the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) as of 2017 reaches the

amount of Three million Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos (P
3,027,299.00) of which the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) which
comprises of Six Hundred Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (P 605,460.00)
shall be allocated for the priority development programs, projects, and activities of
the Barangay;

WHEREAS, after a series of careful deliberation the body unanimously

agreed for the Annual Investment Plan as of 2017 the most balanced appropriation
out of its limited resources of the Barangay towards sustainable development.

NOW THEREFORE: On motion of Ricarte S. Sebuala ( Purok President of

Sampaguita) duly seconded by all members present. Be it resolved by the Barangay
Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur to
request the Sangguniang Barangay for the approval of the 2016 Annual Investment
Plan of Barangay Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all offices

concerned for their information and guidance.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 16th day of December 2016 at Barangay

Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur.

A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF

BARANGAY POBLACION, MARIHATAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR CALENDAR YEAR
2017 AND ITS IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION.

WHEREAS, there has been outlined plans of projects by the Barangay

Development
Council imperative to be realized sooner;

WHEREAS, the immediate implementation of the propose projects is the key

to a collective effort of the elected and appointed officials of Barangay Poblacion,
Marihatag, Surigao del Sur to achieve its vision, mission and goal as well as the
attainment of the peoples basic demand for survival.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Ananito R. Beldia, Jr.

and duly seconded by all members present.

RESOLVED, To approve as the body hereby approved the Annual

Investment Plan of Barangay Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur Calendar Year
2017 and its implementation.
 RESOLVED FINALLY, To furnish copies of this resolution NO. 30 series of
2017 to all office concerned for their information, guidance and appropriate action.

The Barangay treasurer in conformity with the Punong Barangay is

authorized to release the fund needed for the implementation of the project
(MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM).

The Constituents of Barangay Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur.

IV. FUNDING REQUIREMENT:
