Communication is really the one, most important aspect of any relation. May that be a personal
one or a professional one.

Convey Messages

Simply put, communication allows a process to take place.

Clarity of Ideas

When one communicates with another in a business scenario, it is important to understand that
the message has to be conveyed in such a way that there is complete clarity in what is being
said.

Get Work Done

It is only by adapting the varied communication processes like speech, body language, gestures,
and other feedback mediums that any work can be expected to get done.

Avoid Misunderstandings

When two people work together, there is bound to be miscommunication at times, which can
lead to misunderstandings and other problems in the workplace. Which naturally affects the work
adversely and the business suffers.

Increase Productivity and Efficiency

When there is a proper communication process taking place then the productivity and efficiency
of the employees increases.

Employee Job Satisfaction

Every time they make a mistake or are unable to carry forth their duties effectively and they get
a feedback and ways of improvement from their employers, they will begin to understand the
pulse of the job and get better at it.

My ideas/opinions

I agree what Borkar says about communication, this is very important for each of us in any
circumstance, but more in businesses.

I think we need to know how to behave in a business and especially what we need to discuss and
what not. How to make ourselves understood and especially how we express against other.

The Convey Messages is a process in benefit to all, both the sender and the receiver. This process
facilitates the transmission of information and makes communication more efficient.

The Clarity of Ideas is very important, because this is the most important thing in a business
discussion. The ideas must be clear and easily to understood and perceived, for the other
participants in the discussion can understand easily and quickly.

Get Work Done represent the process without which the end result is never possible.

The Avoid Misunderstandings it is impossible, if there is two people in a business. It must reach
a common agreement to eliminate misunderstandings and to not affect the business in a negative
way.

When the Increase Productivity and Efficiency is a good sign that the business is profitable and
the employs are satisfied. There exist a good communication and relations between all
employees.

Employee Job Satisfaction it means that the employee is very pleased with their job and there
exist a good communication between employees and superiors.

In my opinion I think that an organization communication plays a crucial role in employer-


employee relationship. Although effective communication does not guarantee success of an
organization but in effective communication assure problem and very soon these problems will
become a crisis. Communication in any organization is of vital importance to be able to express
objectives, necessities, emotions etc.

For the successful running of an organization, it is important that the transparency is maintained
among the employers and employees. There are lots of communication barriers in an

organization, but to ensure the free flow of information between the sender and the receiver,
these communication barriers must be overcome and for this it is important to understand the
underlying causes of business communication barriers which may include a wide range of
factors.
