1. Open TiPP-G with latest workspace and cel file loaded


2. Export Log Files from TiPP-G by loading the export type provided
3. Enter inputs in yellow fields of "Input Index"
4. Select path of FMT files, cel file and output files
5. Select and Run relevant macro as per below
6. See Status Bar for Progress and Messages

To create Histrograms manually (eg for RxLev):
1. Load "Data Analysis" (or "Analysis ToolPak") module to Excel: Tools > Add-Ins..
2. Go to Output sheet. Eg "RF" sheet
3. Run Tools > Data Analysis > Histogram
Input Range: Select the RxLev column (from row2 down) in RF sheet
Bin Range: Select the RxLev Levels area (no header) in this sheet
Output Range: Choose top cell in empty column in RF sheet, recommended Column O and beyond
4. Check Cumulative Percentage
5. Create PDF and CDF graphs from table generated
