Why Shakespeare should be taught

The man was a poet, playwright, actor, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the
English language. The name was William Shakespeare. Shakespeare was a man that brought life
to the world, he opened people's eyes to a new world in reading. He was an influence to people
who love change. This writing piece will share Shakespeares dramatic side. Shakespeares work
is famously known all over the world and he is more relevant than ever.
Where does it say that we can't teach shakespeare?... Shakespeare should be taught in
all schools not for how an amazing writer he is but how his work teaches us something new. His
writing and plays all have a meaning behind it that is beautiful, and can also relate to anything
that you are going through. As a teenager they tend to fall off track by love or family, and
shakespeare has stories that they can relate to.
Shakespeare is more than just a long dead british guy, he has potential to teach kids
something different everyday, hes created writings that's about gender, love, and so on that has
inspired people on who they are and what they represent. Also he shows life lessons, ethics and
moralities in plays that could reach out to younger kids.
Shakespeare is beyond relevant. Most of us have felt insecurities that come not because
we can't succeed or have not succeeded, but that instead come because of how we are seen and
judged, This amazing author has written countless books that are diverse, dramatic, romantic,
emotional, and inspiring. Shakespeares work has been made into plays and Hollywood movies,
all are award winning and loved by all walks of life. Many love Shakespeares work because
they relate to his writing, even if it is written in proper english.
Dana Dusbiber, a high school teacher, This teacher complained on how Western teachers
study and read Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Macbeth. Dusbiber feels Shakespeare is not
relevant and students should read modern books because they are more relatable.

Why Shakespeare should be taught

O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo? asked Juliet. The character and most
famous words ever read and heard throughout many generations and decades was created by
none other than the famous writer William Shakespear. He was the writer who brought life to the
world through literature and opened people's eyes to a new world in reading. Shakespear is an
influencer to those who love change. Williams books have been read for centuries, creating an
emmence amount of love towards his writing. Unfortunatly, many do not agree. Very few feel
Shakespear is not relevant and his literature should not be read in high school English class. In
this writing piece we will hear three major key points of evidence that express how much
Shakespear is more relevant in todays age than ever before. The writer covers: Where does it
say that we can't teach shakespear. Shakespeare is more than just a long dead british guy.
Most of us have felt insecurities that come not because we can't succeed or have not succeeded,
but that instead come because of how we are seen and judged.
Shakespeares work is famously known all over the world and he is more relevant than ever.
There is a high school English teacher who highly feels Shakespear is not relevant and
his literature should not be used in schools because todays youth cannot relate. Where does it
say that we can't teach shakespeare?... Shakespeare should be taught in all schools not for how
an amazing writer he is but how his work teaches us something new. His writing and plays all
have a meaning behind it that is beautiful, and can also relate to anything that you are going
through. As a teenager they tend to fall off track by love or family, and shakespeare has stories
that they can relate to.
It has often been said that people who were alive past our time can share wonderful
pieces of wisdom and life experiences. In regards to Shakespear, he is more than just a long
dead british guy, he has an emmence amount of wisdom, life experiences and imagination to
share. Which he did, through his writings. Shakespear has more than relevant and is more than
able to connect with todays youth. William created writings about relationships, emotions,
culture, lifestyle and much more. All his writings have impacted and inspired people in many
different ways.
Doesnt matter the age, life background or the era in time we live in most of us have felt
insecurities that come not because we can't succeed or havent succeeded, but that instead come
because of how we are seen and judged. This amazing author has written countless books that
are diverse, dramatic, romantic, emotional, and inspiring. Shakespeares work has been made
into plays and Hollywood movies, all are award winning and loved by all walks of life. Many
love Shakespeares work because they relate to his writing, even if it is written in proper english.
Dana Dusbiber, high school English teacher, strongly feels Shakespears work is not
relevant and todays youth will not relate to his writings. Dusbiber is frustrated with Western
English teachings and is against Shakespear being read and studied in high school. Dusbiber
feels Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Macbeth are poorly selected choices that are read in high
school classrooms. Dusbiber does incorporate Othello in her teachings, she has the students read
the literature for the simple pleasure of them having the expereince of reading it, nothing more.
This teacher also feels students should read modern books because they, in her opinion, are far
more relatable to todays youth. Shakespeare is beyond relevant in todays youth. Shakespears
work is used in so many forms to this day; from plays, Hollywood movies and even music. There
is a great appreciation for him and his work. Shakespears Hamlet is currently the most talked
about and award winning New York Broadway play. William has had a huge impact in many
ethnicities, backgrounds and the list can go on. Without his work many of todays youth and
adults would not have been inspired or had such impact, esepcially in the arts. Shakepeare should
be read, taught and heard all over, for many many years.
