FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came for trial before the Court and a jury, United States District

Judge, Cecilia M. Altonaga, presiding, and the issues having been duly tried and the jury

having duly rendered its verdict, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, Gerald Lelieve, shall take

$100,000 from Manuel Orosa, in his official capacity as Chief of the City of Miami

Police Department; and $75,000 from Odney Belfort, for which sums let execution issue.

The Court reserves jurisdiction to entertain post-trial motions, and requests for fees and

costs.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Florida, this 20th day of
