1. Information of the directions that conduct/discipline rules of one or more
of the PSU Insurance companies need be in consonance with the
constitution of India.
2. Information of the amendments that have been carried out to comply with
the aforesaid directions,as per above para no.1
3. Information of objectives of the discipline rules in the PSU insurance co.(s)
4. Information of the measures, if any, to prevent abuse of discipline Rules
against honest employees.(please refer annexure s no.3
5. The name of the applicable Discipline/conduct rules in all PSU insurance
co.(s) in the following format as per their Chief Vigilance Officers record :-

Argument for denial of information:-

30/01/2017 Order for disclosure to applicant a tiny fraction of information is


issued by Mrs. Manjula Parasher on behalf of CIC

14/02/2017 Violating the objectives of RTI the CPIO, NIACL Jaipur discloses info
to the CIC copy of that on wrong pin code to the applicant.

2. 2006-07 Applicants article on RTI is published by NIACL Jaipur magazine
3. Even before the process of domestic enquiry the applicants
12/06/ misconduct is spread as propaganda in the C I C by NIACL ignoring the
2008 CVC directions of April 2008 as per S. No.5 of this RTI

Nature of so called misconduct of the applicant:-


The act of Mr. ShriGopal Soni leaving headquarters repeatedly
without permission of comeptent authority amounts to his gross
(grave) violation of the Company rules which is not expected from a
public servant (company personnel) .
It is clear from the aforesaid that Mr. Soni did not observe honesty
& integrity to his duties and he acted against the image of a public
servant & under prejudice to the interests of the Company and thus
violated rules 3(i)(ii)(iii)(iv) & committed misonduct under Rules
4(1),(5),(6),(7),(8),(9),(16),(17),(20) & Rule 18(1) & Rule 19 of
General Insurance Conduct Discipline & Appeal Rules,1975.

4. Ethics applicable to NIACL officials stipulate the following:-
