April in Bloom

Dear Friends and Family, June 9, 2017

What an adventure! As I am writing this, I have just packed my bags for my next journey and
before I leave I would love to share with you some treasures from this past trip. During the month
of May I traveled to Germany, Ukraine and Poland, tomorrow I leave for Vanuatu. It was such a joy
and needed break from the work here in the islands to be back in the nations I love. My trip began
with a stop in Bad Blankenburg (Germany) where I met some amazing new friends and spent
precious time with a dear friend who started the journey to pioneer a base in Germany the same
time I embarked in opening labs in the jungle, we laughed, prayed and swapped storiesI taught
and got to minister to some people I would have never been able to from distant lands. My next
stop was Ukraine J there I spent time with dear friends and met some new ones! At the close of
my time, I was in Poland to preach and to spend time with Tamara & Roma. This was a remarkable
trip on a few fronts, the base in Germany has adopted me as a missionary to pray and intercede
for. The church in Poland where I preached has also adopted me and have committed to pray for
me and offer a place of rest whenever I need it. Prayer is one of the most significant tools in this
wild life I live. I have been in tricky situations or have been sad and a text or email comes through
to share a message of hopeall because someone or a group of people were praying. To come
and share what God has been doing in Papua New Guinea and leave with (2) separate groups
committed to pray for me has been a blessing more precious than gold to me. For all of you who
have been praying for me, THANK YOU! Please continue as the job has grown my prayer support
needed to grow as well and this is what has happened! Thank you all for your continued financial
support. I am still needing to raise my monthly support by $600. Would you be praying for this

what prayer can dopush back obstacles,
heartaches, loss, acts of evil. It brings life,
joy and peace in the midst of unspeakable
grief.

Heading back to the m/v Pacific Hope! I will be

on board until the end of August. Pray for wisdom,
understanding, and strategy for the nation of
Vanuatu as we serve the final season with this
vessel in these waters. In November the ship
will be re-deployed to Panama to serve in the
Caribbean. I personally need wisdom with this
endeavor!
