Factory Data Reset for BLU Dash Music II

To perform the Factory Data Reset on the BLU Studio 5.0, you will need to follow these steps
(please note that this will erase all the data, pictures and videos save in the internal memory
be sure to back these up first):

1. Menu Button (left of home button)

2. System Settings
3. Backup & Reset
4. Make sure Back up my data & Automatic Restore are checked
5. Factory Data Reset
6. Reset Phone

Hard Reset Via Recovery Mode for BLU Dash Music II

We recommend that you perform a hard reset on your device. To perform the Hard Reset via the
recovery mode on the BLU Dash Music II, you will need follow these steps (please note that this will
erase all the data, pictures and videos save in the internal memory be sure to back these up first):

1. Remove the battery and reinsert the battery

2. With the device powered off, press and hold down the Power Button & Volume Up and
Down Button
3. Press the Volume Up Button to enter the recovery mode
4. Press the Menu Button at No Command screen
5. Scroll down using the Volume Down Button and highlight Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. Press Menu Button in order to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset
7. Scroll down using the Volume Down Button and highlight Yes
8. Press the Menu Button to select.
9. After the device is formatted select the Reboot System Now
10. Press Menu Button right after

Por favor sigue estos pasos para restablecer su BLU Dash Music II. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que

6. Usa los botones de volumen para seleccionar Yes y presiona el botn de menu mientras
aguantando el botn home.
7. Usa los botones de volumen para seleccionar Reboot System y presiona el botn de menu
mientras aguantando el botn home.
