A. Product Description

The propose project will be called Yemalcious it ismade from condensed milk. The mlk
when processed will formed into caramelized milk originally called yema. Yemalcious will
have a twist in flavor. Flavors will be yemapastillas, yemaoreo, yema el mango. To
produce this flavors I will personally buy raw ripe mangoes to ensure the freshness of
flavouring and maintain the good quality of products upon Its market period. The project
will produce 50 pcs. per operation and will be sell in pieces or by pack and 5 pcs. each
pack. This product is a good source of calcium and protein as it includes in grow foods.
Grow foods aid the body in building and repairing body tissues and make muscles
stronger. As the milk includes in it, it also does.

B. Packaging

The packaging of the product is per pack or by pieces. The materials needed to be used
is plastic and water cellophane.

C. Target Market

The target market of theproject will be the students, professor or instructor in BUCAF.

D. Terms of Sales

The yema will be marketed on by packaging and by pieces. The product will be sold on
cash basis.

E. Price and Pricing

The price of yema will depend on the prevailing price depending on the supply and
demand situation in themarket. The prevailing price for yema in pieces 2 pesos and by
pack is 7.50 pesos.

F. Promotion and Distribution

Word of mouth will be adapted in promoting the products. The products will be sold
directly to the consumer.

Technical Plan

A. Project Location

The enterprise to be developed will be located in Calzada, Guinobatan, Albay. It is near

to the BUCAF campus where it is my target market. The site is accessible to any means
of land transportation that will make transport of inputs and marketing of product easier.
It also the site is accessible in electricity and water supply.

B. Product Capacity

The propose project will produce 200 pcs. in a cycle. The propose project will produce
400 pcs. ofyema in 2 months or 2 cycle.
C. Technical Production Process

The technical production process involves different activities to be performed during

actual operations such as procurement of ingredients of the products, cooking process,
packaging and product disposal. The flow of technical process is shown in figure 1.

D. Utilities Requirement and other Expenditures

The project site is very accessible to the transportation, communication facilities as well
as electricity. The source of water will be also accessible to the project site.
