the Eureka Forbes products. For the attraction of more customers, it should maintain stable
pricing policy rather than changing from time to time. Quality of product plays an important role
in customer mind. Eureka Forbes limited is always passionate for delivering with excellence with
high quality products to ensure customer satisfaction and the wellbeing of the families. This
study helps to analyze the customer satisfaction of Eureka Forbes products. This study also helps
to understand their various activities to increase the sale and to analyze their brand perception
towards the consumer.

Need for the study:

To increase the customer level of satisfaction of Eureka Forbes products and how the level of
satisfaction have been applied to increase their product Sale in the company and also to
understand the consumer perception towards brand equity, how it will help the Eureka Forbes as
a brand image to attract more customers and to increase their sale. Meanwhile company's
objectives and mission is also reliant of customer satisfaction.

Statement of the problem:

To analyze the customer satisfaction of Eureka Forbes products for attraction of more customers
and improve the quality of products to sale their products. Will the present product quality
enough to sale the products to reach the consumers and to research on the perception of
individuals satisfaction decision with the brand name of Eureka Forbes.

Objectives:

To analyze level of satisfaction of Eureka Forbes products.


To study the customer needs and expectation towards water purifier.
To study the consumer awareness about different Eureka Forbes brands available in the market.
To understand the effectiveness of Eureka Forbes products.
Sampling:

Sampling Methods:

Sampling was done based on random sampling method.

Sample size:
Research will be carried out in Bangalore city. The sample individuals will be the customers of
the Eureka Forbes and the sample size is restricted to 100.

Source of data:

Primary Data:-

Primary data will be collected through questionnaires method from the owner of Eureka Forbes
products.

Secondary Data:-

Secondary data will be collected through company database, Company Reports, websites books
journals and research papers.

Tools for data collection:

The tool used for collecting the data is through questionnaire. A set of questions are asked to
customers to collect the data.

Plan of analysis:

The data collected through questionnaire will be analyzed by using the Likert scale method.
Likert 5 scale will be used in the study. Data will be analyzed by using various statistical tools
and analysis will be made.
