Lead, through subordinate staff, the effective management of the Food& Beverage,
Rooms, House Keeping and Laundry functional areas to maximize financial performance
while upholding quality standards and maximizing levels of guest satisfaction.
To provide the strategic direction for all the Food and Beverage operational departments
of the Hotel, including Restaurants, IRD/Bar, Banquet Operations, Kitchen Operations,

Hygiene regulations and other procedures.
Coordinate all operation areas to ensure that there are economies of scale in relation to
staff recruitment, beverage purchasing, staff uniforms, and promotional activities.
