Human Resources
Responsible for all HR functions and delivery of HR programs and solutions that support
both short-term and long-term business goals.
Maintain HRIS system to manage the HR, payroll, benefits, and accounting activities
Responsible for all insurance programs for the company including Workers
Compensation and General Liability policies, perform monthly and yearly audits
Responsible for all things ACA related compliance, tracking, yearly tax forms, and
continuing education to stay updated on changes to the program.
Maintain employee benefit programs: health, dental, vision, ancillary coverages, 401k,
Section 125/Cafeteria Plan, etc.
Inform employees of benefits, complete open enrollment meetings, conduct education
programs on benefits
Recommend benefit programs to management, obtain and evaluate benefit contract
bids, award benefit contracts based on the needs of our workforce
Investigated and resolved employment concerns including performance management,
workplace conduct, and disability accommodations.
Manage COBRA, FMLA, WC, and other applicable programs
Ensure compliance of all employment/labor laws through programs, practices, policies,
investigations, training, and actions
Resolve issues in a timely manner including interpreting and administering policies,
conducting investigations and managing claims
Assist hiring managers in the execution of staffing, including sourcing applicants,
conducting reference checks and initiating background checks, drafting offer letters and
general candidate correspondence
Ensure company is maintaining compliance with employment laws by monitoring and
implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements

Office Management
Manage employee start package documentation and employee files with the utmost
