Profile:
As a graduate of higher learning, student success is my passion because I understand it is not always an
afforded privilege. Building positive relationships, being culturally aware and respectful of differences,
and using those differences to engage students and teachers; has proven to improve student growth and
retention in previous and current programs I have managed. My compassion and servant leadership has
resulted in the development and implementation of successful programs to support students from
various backgrounds. My skills as an efficient and strategic planner has supported me to consistently
achieve positive results in diverse and complex settings.
