Introduction
Team management is extremely vital these days. now every business has a special group of
people who have worked hard for the highly success of organization (Hari,2008). This report
includes fundamentals of team management.
Markers key performance: The ability to measure the performance of the legislature
after a fixed timeframe in the course of benchmark (Fitzgibbon, 2001).
Total quality management (TQM): TQM is widely used to manage team performance.
Continuous upgrading procedures: Constant upgrades are important to keep up with
new trends.
Statistical process control (SPC): Statistical procedure control is alternative way to
recognize the performance of team (Hayes, 1997).

Effective communication strategy must exist in a team. Team must focus on organizational
communication structure. Feedback is also another important communication method.
(Gorrell and Hoover, 2009).

Always give advice to team members, team members must not be punished for humanly
mistakes (McSween, 2003). Feedback is important to avoid discouragements and improve

Team work helps in improving the motivation level which ultimately helps to achieve
organizational goals.
Ways of improvement: team communication can be improved with proper
motivation and encouragement. (McSween,2003).
