Domain Two Goal (2c) managing classroom procedures: During the 2017-2018 school year, as a student teacher I will better manage classroom
procedures by (1) setting heterogeneous groups by color, (2) making 2-3 set transitions for the students to remember, and (3)having set places for
materials for students to self -manage. This will be measured by calling students by groups and having all students respond to their group color, having
at least 90% of the students follow the transition that I call out, and having materials be placed in their correct spots by the end of the day.

Domain Three Goal (3d):Using assessment in instruction: During the 2017-2018 school year, as a student teacher I will use assessment with my
instruction by (1) pre-assessing the students on unit lessons, (2) using formative assessments within my lessons, and (2) provide feedback to my
students on their own work. This will be measured by designing a pre-assessment to pre-assess at least 80% of the class, using independent work to
assess student learning of at least 80% of student work within the lesson, and giving individual feedback of students success to 100% of students.
