Estimated travel time is 3 hrs (one way). Accommodation will be day-use only. * Assembly time is at 05:30 a.m. on May 12, 2017 (Friday) at the COA Region VII grounds. Please be on time so we can strictly follow the scheduled departure to avoid the heavy traffic. ‘+ Departure from the Regional Office is at 6:00 a.m. Departure from Moalboal is at 4:00 p.m. * Yokohama (Cebu City) buses will be stationed to transport all personnel to the venue. Bus assignments will be posted in the Regional Office grounds. Should you opt to use private vehicles, please advise the Transportation Committee, c/o Engr. Chris Y. Ursal, at least a day before. Native cottages will be available, Cottage assignments will be posted at the venue.
