Bring a printout of the Room and Mess Allotment slip while reporting to the Hostel.
Students should report to the hostel just one day before the commencement of classes. Rooms will not
be available any time before to the commencement day. Also, plan your arrival during day time. For
example, if the classes start on 3rd July 2017, please plan your arrival on 2nd July 2017 between 9 am
and 6 pm only
Students should submit the HOSTEL AFFIDAVIT at the Admissions oice (in case of boys) and to Wardens
of Ladies Hostel (in case of Girls) along with the other original documents at the time of joining
If any Student fails to report and join the hostel on or before 10th July 2017, the allotted room will be
cancelled automatically. In case, if the student joins hostel a er 10th July 2017, any available room will
be allotted on the day of reporting to hostels.
Students should bring the following items at the time of joining the hostel.
Mattress, Pillow, Bed Sheets / Bed Spreads, Bucket, Mug, Two Locks - one for Cupboard and one
for the Room (The said items are also available in the shops in the campus).
For shared accommodation the room lock should have as many keys as the type of room as per
the allotment
