Electrics.
Inspection of Over Head Lines from Electrics.
Permanent Activation for SCADA System Computer at OPP Managers Office (License)
Electrics.
Checked Lighting at MIA area found the Thermal overload on the contactor and photo cell
faulty, temporary repaired Electrics.
Carbon Loaded Screen temporary repaired to minimize carbon passing the screen
Mechanics.
Daily PM check, greasing and monitoring bearing temperatures OPP areal generals
Mechanics and Electrics.

3. OPP
Carry out fabrication of ; 12 pcs Mine Geology sample tray, FDR-01 rubber skirt and BIN-02
(Agglomerator Surge Bin) wear plate using bisalloy 20.0mm Mechanics.
Adjusted belt tracking of FDR-01 Mechanics.
Fabricate deflector plate of head chute conveyor CVR-01 (completed) Mechanics.
Continue fabricate 12 ea Sample Tray for Mine Geology Mechanics.
2 hours Shutdown Jobs completed;
o Installed / welded wear plate skirting board BIN-02 Agglomerator Surge Bin, with
plate 20mm x 545mm x 1110 (4sheet) Mechanics.
o Inspected and re-band-it Scalping Screen Mechanics.
o Replaced Rollers on the CVR-08 (2 ea) and CVR-09 (3 ea) Mechanics.
o Cleaned up Load Cells of the CVR-07 weigher and inspected the Tachometer Wheel
Electrics.
o Re-positioned FDR-01 under speed junction box and tidy up the cable Electrics.
o Assisted Operation and Mechanics for the shutdown Electrics.
Replaced Flood Light on the Scalping Screen area Electrics.

Repaired Controller of Lighting at MIA Electrics.
Checked PLC Program on the WT-02 Pumps control and add program for run in auto for
pumping to OPP by monitoring the pressure (continue) Electrics.
Checked Power to Repeater adjacent to the Block 13 Office, ELCB tripped Electrics.
Replaced gasket of HCL dosing pump #1 (80-PMP-58) and made some spares Mechanics.
Daily PM check, greasing and monitoring bearing temperatures OPP areal generals
Mechanics and Electrics.

Carry out fabrication of ; 12 pcs Mine Geology sample tray and Oxygen/Acetylene cradle
Mechanics.
Adjusted belt tracking and trimmed belt peeled off on FDR-01 Mechanics.
Repaired deflector plate of FDR-01 for spares Mechanics.
Call Out for Primary Jaw Crusher Tripped, found loose RTDs cable inside the motor junction
box (down time 80 mins)- Electrics.
Re-adjusted FDR-01 under speed Electrics.
Checked and monitor RFID for Trucks at Load Out, no reading for TC-3129 Electrics.

Checked and identified un-used/terminated cables at Dewatering area Electrics.
Run new power cable for the PLS pump upgrade at Heap Leach and prepare for VSD
installation Electrics.
On the Job training for PLC troubleshooting ADR Plant (Niam, Adam and Arsyad) Electrics.
Inspected Loaded carbon screen Mechanics.
Daily PM check, greasing and monitoring bearing temperatures OPP areal generals

Full Load Current Electrics.
Run new power cable for the PLS pump upgrade at Heap Leach and prepare for VSD
installation (continue) Electrics.
Repaired kilns feed hoper gate valve stuck and failed to close Mechanics.
Daily PM check, greasing and monitoring bearing temperatures OPP areal generals
Mechanics and Electrics.

3. OPP
Carry out fabrication of ; 12 pcs Mine Geology sample tray, wear plate for under size
vibrating grizzly, Scalping screen and Oxygen/Acetylene cradle Mechanics.
Adjusted belt tracking, trimmed belt peeled off and clipped the belt of FDR-01 Mechanics.
Preparation for shutdown, FDR-01, CVR-03 and Scalping Screen (SCR-02) Mechanics.
Call Out for FDR-01 for assist mechanics crew repaired the ripped belt at 03:00 to 06:00 and
20:00 to 23:30 - Electrics.
Re-adjusted CVR-03 belt drift roller and replaced loose nut of the belt rip switch Electrics.
Checked and cleaned up under speed sensor of CVR-01 Electrics.
Call out for assist mechanics repaired Screen #02 (15-SCR-02) at 03:00 Electrics.

o Full Calibration for CVR-06 and CVR-07 weightometer Electrics.
o Checked Tachometer wheel of CVR-06 and CVR-07 weightometer Electrics.
o Checked and retightened all RTDs connections of the Primary Jaw Crusher
Electrics.
