    Cardiac Rhythm Identification Normal Sinus Rhythm


    What is the rate? Look at the p waves:
    What is the pattern of the rhythm? rate is 60-100/min
    Are there QRS complexes? Normal or abnormal? cycle length do not vary by 10%
    Are there P waves? Normal or abnormal? PR interval is 0.12 sec. or more
    What is the relationship between P and QRS complexes?

    Heart Rate

    Heart rate = 1500


    # of small squares (0.04s)
    Sequence Method: 300, 150, 100, 75, 60 50

    same contour in same lead?


    Upright in I, II, aVF & left precordial leads
    followed by QRST?
