SUBJECT: FORMAL DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE COMPENSATION

Mr. Fabio and Mr Miranda,

My Client, Spouses Ramon and Lydia Lee has referred to me for

immediate legal action to formally demand an immediate compensation in the
amount of P1.2 Million (One Million and two hundred thousand Pesos) to
cover the medical down to the burial expenses brought by the serious physical
injury to which the son of my client, Jonas lee, has suffered and eventually died,
by reason of Mr. Tolentino, who was then the driver, losing control of his gear and
collided with a stationed vehicle. The expenses are supported by official receipts.

According to my client, they were made aware that one of the company
policies is not to pick-up an obvious-looking minor passenger without
accompanying guardian. Despite this policy, Mr. Tolentino still took Jonas Lee as
a passenger and clearly disregarded the said policy. My client is indeed
aggrieved and saying that had Mr Tolentino not picked their son up, this event will
surely not happen.

Hence, in order for us not to pursue the criminal aspect of the criminal
action against Mr Fabio, to the detriment of the whole HTC company, we are
giving you the last opportunity to SETTLE IN FULL the above stated obligation to
within (30)Days from receipt of this notice or make a suitable arrangement
therefore. My Client can be reached by contacting the undersigned law office.

Should you fail to do so, we will have no recourse but to proceed in court
the necessary case against you and further hold you responsible for the payment
of the interest, attorneys fees and other litigation expenses.

Otherwise, you may disregard this notice if full payment of the subject
obligation had already been effected. Thank you very much.
