A. Explain how the elements specific to a selection build its theme;
B. Appraise literature as a way of teaching humility and loyalty; and
C. Perform a tableau emphasizing on building ties.
II. Subject Matter:
A. Topic:
Module 2 Lesson 2 Your Text- Task 5 Read Roland Task 7 Understanding the Theme.
B. Reference:
Celebrating Diversity through World Literature, Almonte, Liza R. et. al., pp.152-157.
C. Materials:
Comic strip, magnifying glass, unfamiliar words with their definition written on a manila
paper, laptop, projector, book, chalk and board.
D. Values to be Developed:
Humility and loyalty.
