What is COR-skills?
COR-skills is an EU funded project under ERASMUS+ programme
entitled Collaborative learning for enhancing practical skills for
patient-focussed interventions in gait rehabilitation after orthopedic
surgery
The project starts on 01 December 2015 and will finish on 30
November 2017.
What are our OBJECTIVES ?
development and implementation of innovative practices (open
resources) in orthopedic and rehabilitation vocational training
improvment of basic skills in the field of orthopedy and
rehabilitation (assesment, decision, treatment protocols in
different pathologies)
development of new skills as requested by the labour market -
computerized gait analysis
development of transversal skills in the field of language, ICT ,
team work, decision.

So, in simple words, what we intend to do?
We intend to develop an interdisciplinary on-line platform with specific
learning tools and content, supporting participants in acquisition of skills in the
field of orthopedy and rehabilitation.
Our e-learning platform will include guideliness for standard protocols in
orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation and a large repository of case
studies. This will function as an interactive multimedia database system
containing full reports on patients receiving orthopedic/rehabilitation
treatment - real clinical case studies using digital imaging (Ultrasound,
Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Tomography).
Innovation consist in enhancement of case studies with gait analysis as part
of the treatment decision-making in patients with complex walking problems.

outputs and how to benefit of them!
